December,,

December har inte bjudit på många soltimmar, men på julafton och juldagen blev det lite kallare och klarare och t.o.m. solen tittade fram. Två riktigt fina dagar fick vi njuta av. 

Bilden ovan bjuder på en "optisk illusion". Öarna längst ut mot horisonten "svävar" i luften.

Fiskaren var ute och prövade lyckan på juldagen....en fin dag i solskenet fick han i alla fall :)

Bilden ovan är det "normala" decembervädret :))

It has been a lovely sunny, rather chilly day. After a nice cup of coffee in the autumn sun in the afternoon the mist slowly rolls in,,

The mist and the ocher light which I love the most :))

And the sea was like a mirror.....with the mallards reflecting in the mirror....... 

Lighting part II,,

These four photos are taken on the same place but on different days. Totally different light and weather conditions. The first two, the ship is coming in, heavy blue skies makes the white bridge of the ship "stick out" against the dark blue.

The next day, the photo below, the ship is going out and we have completely different light......Now the sun is up and we have strong backlight.....

Grey November.....No, no way....wonderful light :))  !!

Nature photo and light,,

Fascinating how different light conditions affect the result in nature photography. Here comes some examples where I photographed the same place but in different lighting conditions.....

First the dark pond, just common mallard ducks swimming around. The first two photos shows a grey day with trees in the foreground and the last two are taken a fantastic autumn morning. The same place, the same ducks but totally different result :)

The last two pictures below were taken the on the same day this week but I aimed the camera in different directions. 

 

Blue morning,,

Autumn, and blue morning. No wild animals this morning but a photogenic mist and a totally calm see. Minimalistic scenery,,

The sky disappears in the water and the land is behind the scenery......

 

Like a mirror,,

Havet är ovanligt stilla denna morgon. Solen ger ett mjukt ljus under de första minuterna av den nya dagen...

Satt och väntade och väntade att svanarna (för det var två) skulle simma in i "gläntan"för jag kände att det kunde bli en effektfull bild....och till slut blev det så...men bara i några sekunder. Sedan vände den och var borta... En bild blev det i alla fall :)

En fin morgon var det som ni säkert kan se på dessa bilder. Värt att kravla sig ur sängen för eller hur :)

 

Mård (pine marten),,

Wow, en häftig upplevelse ! Igår när jag tittade ut såg jag denna krabaten i trädgården. Hör inte till vanligheterna kan jag säga att man får se en mård, och absolut inte hemma i trädgården.

Letade uppenbarligen efter mat, och undersökte holken väldigt noga. Tyvärr för mården men tur för fåglarna kom han en sådär 3 månader för sent :) Fåglarna är klara med häckningen sedan länge !

Mården är även en mycket god klättrare. Det fick jag uppleva inte minst här i den vackra boken med höstfärger. Mården såg mig och hörde kameran men tog ingen större notis om min närvaro.

Autumn,,

The old oak tree in the mist, one of my favorites :))

Just colors of the season from October this year. All pictures are taken around my home area,, Within a few days the colors are gone and the leaves have fallen.....

 

Daybreak birds,,

Två svanar ligger i vasskanten och vaknar försiktigt efter nattens vila. Plötsligt kommer en häger inflygande i den idylliska bilden :)

Nedan en häger "spatserar" på stranden ivrigt sökande efter föda. Natten är på väg bort, dagen gryr,,

 

Upside down,,

Ibland är livet upp och ner...ibland mer än vanligt :) Inte ofta det är så stilla på kusten så att himlen hamnar i havet.,,

Minimalistisk bild, tagen en stilla morgon i oktober vid Gullmarsfjorden. Dimman ligger tät och havet är som en spegel,,

Blue hour,,

By the Fjord (Gullmarsfjorden) one chilly morning in September. The water is still warm but the night has been frosty. The morning mist rolls in over the fjord. 

Very dark, the geese makes it to get to their day-time places. They are very loud but sounds a little bit rusty after the night :).......

 

Over the hills,,

The sun is rising on a september morning. The mist is still in the lower parts of the country. The sun is coloring the landscape in ocher .....Thats my time of the day :)

When first the rays of sunlight pierced the clouds...... then all at once the world gets bright....

 

Wilderness in the morning,,

 Awesome meetings on my morning adventure. I've written many times that the autumn mornings are the best time of the year....:) 

Every morning offers new oppurtunities. Roe deer and moose in the morning mist.
