I början av maj när den första skira grönskan i bokskogen börjar spira och gro. Det är en vacker tid. Bokskogen får vara orörd, de gamla träden som faller för åldersstrecket får helt enkelt ligga och bli ny näring till jorden och till alla djurarter som lever i skogen.
Vid de stora bokarnas fötter växer vitsippor.

Such a beautiful area. In addition to the well know therapeutic benefits of spending time in forests there is a simple sense of joy in being there, but I guess that's part of the therapy isn't it?
